Warranty Policy

RedGum Toolbox provides a 24-month warranty from the original date of purchase for all trays, canopies, toolboxes and related accessories.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This may include a tax invoice, receipt or order confirmation.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures relating to:

  • Structural integrity
  • Locks and latches
  • Hinges
  • Gas struts
  • Drawer systems and runners
  • Hardware and fittings

This warranty applies to private, commercial and trade use during the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, fading, rust, paint chips or surface corrosion
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, overloading, improper installation or modification
  • Damage caused by accidents, theft, attempted theft, fire, flood, storm or other natural events
  • Damage caused by off-road impacts or improper use outside intended applications
  • Promotional or giveaway items

Any transit damage or visible defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or installation.

Warranty may be void if the product has been altered, modified, incorrectly installed, or used for purposes outside its intended design.

All warranty claims must be submitted via email to:

Please include:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos/videos of the fault

RedGum Toolbox reserves the right to inspect, repair or replace the product before approving a refund.

If a replacement product is unavailable within a reasonable timeframe, a refund or store credit may be offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are responsible for any freight or removal/refit costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Customer is responsible for return freight costs
  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, modified, painted, powder-coated or specially ordered products are non-refundable unless faulty.

Storage of Removed Vehicle Parts

RedGum Toolbox does not provide long-term storage for removed vehicle parts, including factory tubs or accessories.

Removed items may be stored on-site for up to 7 days free of charge unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Items left beyond this period may be considered abandoned and disposed of or recycled without further notice.
